Welcome to Cyberraxha. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cyberraxha mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cyberraxha is provided on a "BEST EFFORT" basis. Our security analysis uses artificial intelligence (AI) including Claude AI and OpenAI, and third-party threat databases (including Google Web Risk API), which are NOT 100% accurate and CAN make mistakes.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Agentic AI Connect Premium Subscription

A premium monthly subscription is available for the Agentic AI Connect app, providing a higher daily message quota.

5.2 Pricing

Subscription pricing is determined by Google Play and varies by country. The price displayed to you at the time of purchase in the Google Play Store is the applicable price for your region. Prices are subject to change and we will notify you before any change affects your active subscription.

Best Effort — No Guarantee of Quota: The daily message quota provided under a premium subscription is offered on a best effort basis. We reserve the right to adjust quotas at any time without prior notice. Cyberraxha accepts no legal liability for service interruptions, quota changes, or any inability to use the service. Subscription fees paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

5.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing for Android in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to Google Play's Terms of Service. Cyberraxha does not process or store your payment information directly.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Google Play in accordance with their refund policy. Contact support@cyberraxha.com if you believe you have been charged in error.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cyberraxha and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  3. Courts: If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

Note: Some jurisdictions do not allow class action waivers. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, this provision may not apply to you.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cyberraxha regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your account without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights without restriction.
